Refund policy
We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at epawtique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or part of promotional bundles are not eligible for return or refund. For hygiene reasons, used pet products such as grooming tools or bedding cannot be returned.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
